With over two decades in the legal field, construction industry and real estate market, Tammy possesses sophisticated marketing technology, smooth negotiating skills, and an impeccable eye for detail to help you achieve your real estate goals and close the transaction. Her precursors to real estate were legal assistant and owner at Mast Masonry which gave her a passion for working with people.
Tammy was born in Ohio and grew up in Sarasota, where she met her husband and is proud to be raising their five wonderful children. Outside of real estate, she enjoys spending time with family, volunteering, traveling the world, reading, shopping, dining and relaxing on the most beautiful beaches that make our region a true paradise. Our journey to purchasing a home was a bit bumpy. We found a condo that we were very interested in purchasing. The negotiations were choppy and difficult and eventually fail to converge on a deal. Going through this, it is always difficult to truly understand exactly what was sourcing the negotiation challenge. This negotiation started just before 2 incoming Hurricanes. Communications and timelines were definitely badly disrupted. As the negotiations were on going, damage assessments and other unusual events were needed. Tammy's response time in the chaos was fantastic. The negotiations took a 4 month pause. When we restarted, we requested to look at a large set of properties, in the event the prior negotiations fail. Tammy lined up our visit so they were very efficient and we got to view everything we requested. This improved our decision process and was one of a couple of key factors in our purchase. We resumed negotiations on the first property. It became clear the issue blocking negotiations were a reluctance to sell on the owners part. We did find another property we were interested in. We started the process of negotiations. This was much better. The negotiations went quickly. We needed some legal advice and got in almost instantaneously. Tammy's experience was key in removing any obstacles or reservations we had in this negotiation. A deal arrived quickly. We purchased this property remotely, so in the closing process, we really relied on Tammy to make sure closing items were both getting done and done properly. I took time to highlight the bumpy path we took, to properly provide a review. Anyone can look good when everything works out well. Not everyone does when things get hard. Tammy's experience and commitment to our journey was fantastic. When it was all said and done, we navigated the bumps and got a property we really love. I highly recommend Tammy
